  • MANAGER – minimum two years’ experience with references in a similar position. Candidate should be dynamic, energetic and guest orientated with good interpersonal skills, highly organised, basic computer literacy and good attention to detail.
  • SOUS CHEF/BANQUETING – minimum 2 years’ experience with references in similar position. Candidate should have extensive banqueting, function and events experience to service this high volume picnic-style outside restaurant and must be fluent in English.
  • BARTENDERS – minimum two years’ experience with references, in similar high volume bar environment.
  • BARRISTA – minimum two years’ experience with references, will have to demonstrate ability on interview and final selection.
  • WAITRONS – minimum two years’ experience with references in similar casual dining environment.
  • CASHIER – 1 year’s experience with references  as cashier in retail or hospitality environment.
  • HOSTESS – 1 year’s experience with references as a HOSTESS in a similar casual dining environment.
  • RUNNERS – 1 year’s experience with references.
  • GRILLERS – 2 years’ experience with references as griller in steak-house environment.
  • BREAKFAST CHEF – 2 years’ experience with references. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience as a Hotel Breakfast Chefs.
  • SALAD HANDS – 1 year’s experience with references. Required for salad section and general cooking  and prepping duties.
  • PIZZA HANDDS – 1 year’s experience with references. Required for pizza section and general cooking and prepping duties.
