PJ Vadas joined The Roundhouse in November 2008 after he worked in Michelin starred restaurants around the world, including The Connaught in London and under Gordon Ramsay in New York. His style of cooking is modern European.

Half Swedish, half Scottish, Joakim started off in the industry in 2000, in a small town in the middle of Sweden after studying hospitality.
