Chefs Eric and PJ forage surrounding forests to gather ingredients to incorporate into their cuisine, ranging from nasturtium berries to chickweed, and clover to confetti bush.

The Cape floral region boasts flora found nowhere else on earth, offering produce that is often overlooked commercially. By exploring the natural surrounds, the chefs are able to discover tastes and textures that are truly unique in their flavour profile, whether found in forests, fields, sand dunes or the sea.
